Terms

These terms explain how AGURL works and how customers are expected to use it.

Using AGURL

By creating an account or using AGURL, the customer agrees to use the service responsibly and legally.

Your links

Customers are responsible for the destinations and content they link to. AGURL does not endorse content merely because a AGURL link redirects to it.

Don't abuse the service

AGURL may not be used for things such as:

  • phishing
  • malware
  • fraud
  • spam
  • illegal content
  • impersonation
  • attempts to bypass security
  • abusive automated activity
  • links intended to harm users or systems

AGURL may disable links

AGURL may disable links, suspend accounts, or limit activity when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, Terms violations, legal requirements, or protecting AGURL or its users.

Availability

We work to keep AGURL reliable, but no internet service can promise perfect uptime forever.

Links can change

AGURL customers may edit their own destinations where their plan and features permit. AGURL is not responsible for content or availability on third-party destination websites.

Plans and limits

Different AGURL plans may have different link-creation limits, analytics retention, API limits, and features. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the Plans page.

Payments

Paid AGURL plans are purchased by Card or PayPal.

Prepaid terms

For this version of AGURL, Basic and Pro are purchased one month at a time. Innovator is purchased one year at a time for $49.

Innovator grandfathering and grace

There are exactly 50 lifetime Innovator slots. Claiming a slot locks a grandfathered $49/year renewal price for that account.

While Innovator paid service is current, the customer may renew at $49/year. When the paid term expires, service immediately returns to Free. A 90-day grace period then begins. During those 90 days the customer may still renew Innovator at the grandfathered $49/year. After day 90, the right to renew Innovator is permanently lost.

Innovator slot number, badge, history, and Credits name remain permanent. Expiration, grace ending, or account deletion never reopens a slot. Deleting an account ends the grandfathered renewal right. After grace, the customer may choose Free, Basic, or Pro.

Auto-renew

Customers may opt into auto-renew and save a payment-method reference for a future off-session charge. Automatic charging is not enabled in this version. AGURL does not store full payment-card numbers or PayPal passwords.

Expiration

At expiration, paid service features return to Free unless another paid term is purchased. Existing valid short links continue to function subject to normal Terms and security enforcement.

Innovators

Innovator recognition is permanent once legitimately fulfilled. Cancellation or expiration of paid service does not reopen a slot. Service term and permanent recognition are separate.

Refunds

If you believe a payment was made in error or a purchase was not fulfilled correctly, contact AGURL so the transaction can be reviewed.

Changes to AGURL

Features, plans, and limits may evolve. Existing permanent Innovator recognition remains governed by the established Innovator rules.

Liability

AGURL is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, AGURL is not responsible for losses caused by third-party destinations, misuse of the service, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as AGURL changes.
